Neighbourhood is that café everyone in Belfast has an opinion on, and the opinion is always: "tá sé go hiontach" — it's wonderful. Located in the Cathedral Quarter, it's got stunning interiors, a brunch menu that people genuinely queue for, and a warm community energy that earns the name. They're fully ag glacadh páirt — taking part — in celebrating Irish language and culture through coffee. The scrambled eggs rayu are a main character dish, the coffee is ar fheabhas (excellent), and the room itself is something you want to sit in for hours.
